3. Information We Collect
To provide our on-demand home and utility services, we collect the following types of information:
3.1 Personal & Account Information
- Full Name, Mobile Number, and Email Address.
- Account credentials and profile settings.
3.2 Location Information (GPS & Network Location)
- Approximate and Precise Location: We collect location data when you use the app to search for nearby service professionals, verify service availability at your address, and help technicians navigate to your booking location.
- For service providers, location data may be collected during active service dispatch to provide live tracking to the customer.
- You may adjust or disable location permissions at any time via your device settings.
3.3 Booking, Address & Service Details
- Service address, scheduled date/time, service instructions, and service history.
- Customer-uploaded photos or documents (e.g., photos of AC units, plumbing fixtures, or cleaning areas for accurate estimates).
3.4 Payment & Financial Information
- Payment transactions are processed securely via certified payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay).
- We collect transaction details such as Transaction ID, amount paid, payment method, and payment status. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
3.5 Device & Technical Information
- IP address, device model, operating system version, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for push notifications, and crash logs for app stability.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your user account.
- To process, schedule, and fulfill home service bookings.
- To enable real-time booking updates and push notifications.
- To process secure payments, issue invoices, and manage refunds.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues.
5. Third-Party Sharing & Service Providers
We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers to operate our services:
- Assigned Service Professionals: Customer name, phone number, and service address are shared with the technician solely to fulfill the requested booking.
- Payment Processors (e.g., Razorpay): For payment validation, fraud prevention, and settlements.
- Mapping & Infrastructure: Google Maps API (for address geocoding) and Firebase / Cloud infrastructure (for notification delivery and hosting).
6. Account & Data Deletion (User Rights)
Users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time:
- In-App: Navigate to Profile / Settings → Delete Account.
- Via Email: Send a deletion request to zhuraainzcare@gmail.com from your registered email address.
Upon verification, your account and personal details will be permanently deleted, except where retention is mandated by applicable financial or legal obligations.
