JH Web Solutions ("Zhuraainz", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Just Click by Zhuraainz customer mobile application and the Just Click Partners service technician mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, and protect your personal information and device data when you use our mobile applications and related web platforms.

2. Information We Access & Collect

A. Personal Identification Information

• Account Profile: Full name, mobile phone number, email address, physical service/delivery address, and profile photo.
• Partner KYC Documents: For verified service providers and technicians, we collect official identification documents (National ID, Driving License, Trade Certificates) to ensure community trust and safety.

B. Location Information

• Real-time Foreground Location: Used to display nearby service providers, set customer booking/delivery locations, and calculate travel distances accurately.
• Partner Background Location: The Just Click Partners app accesses location in the background when active to dispatch relevant nearby customer jobs and provide real-time arrival estimates.

C. Camera & Device Storage Permissions

• Camera: Used to capture photos of KYC identity cards, take proof of completed service work, or set profile pictures.
• Storage / Media: Used to upload invoices, existing documents, or service verification receipts.

D. Payments & Billing Data

All online financial transactions are securely processed through encrypted third-party payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or net banking passwords on our servers.

3. How We Use Collected Data

• To facilitate, confirm, dispatch, and complete on-demand service bookings.
• To verify identity and maintain safety standards across our network.
• To provide turn-by-turn navigation and accurate routing for technicians.
• To deliver important notifications, booking confirmations, and OTP verifications.
• To deliver prompt customer support and resolve disputes.

4. Third-Party Services

Our applications utilize trusted third-party SDKs that may process necessary technical data:

• Google Play Services & Google Maps: For geolocation, mapping, and geocoding.
• Expo & Notification Services: For real-time push notifications.
• Razorpay Payment Gateway: For encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain user information only for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with applicable legal obligations. Users have the right to request deletion of their account and all personal data at any time.

To request data or account deletion: Send an email to zhuraainzcare@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Your account and personal records will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are strictly intended for users aged 18 and above (or 13+ under parental guidance). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
